​Ava is a sophomore majoring in English and the Humanities. Her work has appeared or is forthcoming in the University of Colorado Honors Journal, Green Ink Poetry, Rogue Agent, Berkeley Poetry Review, and Ghost City Review. Her interests are all over the place. Writing on genderfluidity, Americana, metalheads, and surrealism, they seek work which excites both language and form. When not found hunched over a book, they enjoy knitting, exploring ​dirt paths, ​and listening to music as loud as possible.
